Classes are filled on a first come first serve basis. Please click HERE to submit the registration form for the 2026-2027 school year. On this form, we will ask for your child and parent information as well as what program you are interested in. If you have a special request, our form has place for you to type that request.
This registration form begins the enrollment process. Upon receiving and processing your registration information, we will then email you the complete enrollment packet that includes:
1. The Child Enrollment form.
2. Equipment Use and Photo Release form.
3. Doctor and Allergy information form.
4. Child Medical Statement. This form needs printed and signed by your child’s doctor and includes immunization records.
5. Authorization Statement.
All forms can be completed online except for the Child Medical Statement.
