Fruits of the Spirit

We love to teach children about God’s Word and His love for us! Bible stories and worship may be taught by teachers, the preschool director or FCC’s children’s director! We believe that when we are filled with God’s Love and a love for Jesus, then we will display the “fruits of the spirit”.

In Galatians 5:22-23, the Bible tells us that if we are filled with God’s Holy Spirit, then we will display evidence (“fruits”) through our actions.  Those “fruits” are:

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

Each month, students will learn a different fruit of the spirit and have the opportunity to memorize a Bible verse that teaches that attitude.

“And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.”
